The thermal insulation gel is primarily composed of aerogel, hollow microspheres, vacuum ceramic microspheres, hollow glass microspheres, thermal insulation and sunscreen materials, silicone-acrylic elastic lotion, and effective additives. 施工工艺：  抗碱底漆→→拉毛（冲筋打点）→→面漆一到两遍到多遍，根据不同厚度要求。

干燥时间：  指触干：25℃：＜24 小时。实干：5 天以上，根据厚度。

储存条件/保质期：    避免阳光直射、在阴凉、通风、干燥处储存，保持容器严格密封，温度为5～25℃范围内贮存，严防霜冻。

                应与强酸、强碱、强氧化剂、食物和动物饲料隔离存放。

                保质期为生产日期后的6个月，开盖后请在8小时内使用完毕。

Storage conditions/shelf life: Avoid direct sunlight, store in a cool, ventilated, dry place, keep the container tightly sealed, store at a temperature within the range of 5～25℃, and strictly prevent frost.

It should be stored separately from strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidizers, food, and animal feed.

The shelf life is 6 months from the production date. Please use it up within 8 hours after opening the lid.

施工前准备：    ★和项目方沟通、并提交保温隔热凝胶对基层的要求。

                                  ★同项目方进行技术交底，落实喷涂或者刮涂保温隔热凝胶部位。

                                  ★察看通水、通电、路通及物料运输等情况，并落实做好。

                                  ★根据施工面积及施工面状况，做好施工材料预算计划与供应工作。

                                  ★落实具体的分工、计划与各项管理制度，如质检、进度、安全等。

Preparation before construction:

★Communicate with the project party and submit the requirements for the insulation gel on the base layer.

★Conduct technical disclosure with the project team to determine the specific areas where insulation gel should be sprayed or scraped.

★Check the conditions of water supply, electricity supply, road access, and material transportation, and ensure they are properly implemented.

★Based on the construction area and the condition of the construction surface, make a budget plan and ensure the supply of construction materials.

★Implement specific division of labor, plans, and various management systems, such as quality inspection, progress, safety, etc.

基层要求： 进场后，由专业保温凝胶施工技术人员检查基面，主要包括以下内容：方法和标准参见以下：

                        ★目视检查，基面应没有明显裂纹，松动物体，如有，如实记录。

                        ★用橡皮锤敲击墙面，要求无空鼓，如有，如实记录。

                        ★干燥：水泥墙面保养至少7天以上，墙面无渗水，无裂缝等结构问题。

                        ★牢固：没有粉化松脱物，无空鼓。

                        ★清洁：没有油、脂、霉、藻和其他粘附物。

                        ★基层墙面不符合要求将严重影响保温涂料性能；基层墙面松动，有污物、粘附物，会影响保温涂料附着力。

                        ★如果有裸露钢筋头，铁条，要处理。有的无法完全去掉，要做好防锈处理。

Basic requirements: After entering the site, professional insulation gel construction technicians shall inspect the base surface, mainly including the following: refer to the following for methods and standards:

★Upon visual inspection, the base surface should be free of obvious cracks and loose objects. If any are found, they should be recorded accurately.

★Knock on the wall surface with a rubber hammer, ensuring there is no hollow area. If any, record it accurately.

★Drying: The cement wall surface should be maintained for at least 7 days or more, ensuring that there are no structural issues such as water seepage or cracks on the wall.

★Firm: No powdered or loose material, no hollow or bulging.

★Cleanliness: Free from oil, grease, mold, algae, and other adhering substances.

★If the base wall surface does not meet the requirements, it will seriously affect the performance of the insulation coating; if the base wall surface is loose, has dirt, or has adhering objects, it will affect the adhesion of the insulation coating.

★If there are exposed steel bar ends or iron bars, they need to be dealt with. Some may not be completely removed, and rust prevention measures should be taken.

基层处理： ★清扫积灰、油污、霉斑、菌藻等所有污物，用铲刀铲除凸起部位；钢筋头要除掉，注意防锈。

                        ★如有粉化、起泡、剥落等现象，必须铲除后重新修补；有开裂或凹陷部位，须填补平整。且待其彻底干燥

                        后，喷涂保温隔热凝胶。

                        ★目的：提高保温涂料与墙体的粘结力。

                        ★如铲刀无法铲除部位或开裂、凹凸部位超过5mm或空鼓太多，则用砂浆进行修补。

                        ★作用：达到节能保温要求；以及找平，为涂装平整度奠定基础。

Base layer treatment:
★Clean all dirt, including dust, oil stains, mold, algae, and other contaminants, and use a scraper to remove protruding areas; remove the reinforcement heads and pay attention to rust prevention.
★If there are phenomena such as powdering, bubbling, or peeling, they must be removed and repaired again; if there are cracks or depressions, they must be filled and leveled. After it is completely dry, spray the thermal insulation gel.
★Purpose: To enhance the bonding strength between insulation coating and wall.
★If the shovel blade cannot remove the part or if the cracks, unevenness, or hollows exceed 5mm, or if there are too many hollows, use mortar for repair.
★Function: To meet energy-saving and thermal insulation requirements; and to level the surface, laying the foundation for smooth painting.

注意事项： ★所有保温隔热层全效凝胶，均须完全干透、整洁、完好。不得受到损伤，不得沾染污物、腐蚀物（如油渍、

                        脱模剂、金属渣、火烧丝、滑坡的砂浆等）。基面如遇暴晒、强风或干燥气候，可根据所处环境，釆取适当

                        措施对基层加以维护处理。

                        ★施工应在环境温度5℃～40℃中进行。温度过低，干燥时间慢。

                        ★材料储存，要注意防潮、防水、防太阳暴晒。

                        ★平整度，要求小于1.0毫米。

                        ★两道保温隔热层全效凝胶施工的时间间隔，应大于36小时。

                        ★安全措施及预防方法：注意保护眼睛和皮肤。如不慎入眼，请立即用清水冲洗，并及时就医。

Notes:
★All full-effect gel for thermal insulation layers must be completely dry, clean, and intact. They must not be damaged or contaminated with dirt or corrosive substances (such as oil stains, release agents, metal slag, burnt wires, or slippery mortar). In case of exposure to strong sunlight, strong winds, or dry climate, appropriate measures can be taken to maintain and treat the base layer according to the specific environment.
★Construction should be carried out at an ambient temperature ranging from 5℃ to 40℃. If the temperature is too low, the drying time will be slow.
★When storing materials, attention should be paid to moisture prevention, waterproofing, and protection from direct sunlight.
★Flatness, required to be less than 1.0 mm.
★The time interval for the construction of two layers of insulation gel should be greater than 36 hours.
★Safety measures and precautions: Pay attention to protecting your eyes and skin. If it accidentally gets into your eyes, please rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention in a timely manner.

产品保护： ★保温隔热层全效凝胶施工完毕后的72个小时内不可经受人为拖曳划伤，不可撞击，防止人为破坏。

                        ★外墙施工，注意天气，建议连续7天晴天以上为最佳。

★The insulation layer, once applied with the full-effect gel, should not be subjected to manual dragging, scratching, or impact within 72 hours to prevent human damage.
