注意：吸声材料喷涂前，应将墙体表面清理干净，必要时做抹灰处理（通常刮外墙腻子，外墙防水腻子两遍），干透之后，再喷外墙吸音涂料。吸声材料的喷涂厚度不应小于5mm，吸声材料应一道一道的喷涂，每一道喷涂厚度应严格控制，保证喷涂牢固，直至达到设计提出的吸声要求的厚度。喷涂结束后如需在喷涂的吸声材料上添加颜色，其不能影响吸声材料的吸声效果。

设计说明（仅供参考）：
1. 外墙吸音隔音涂料经相关质检部门检验合格的正规产品，其技术指标应满足行业有关标准、规范及设计要求。
2. 外墙吸音隔音涂料的降噪系数和隔音系数符合设计要求。
3. 吸声材料为环保材料，在施工及运营期间，不得对环境产生二次污染。
4. 吸声材料的防火性能：防火等级应符合《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》GB8624规定的B级及以上要求。
5. 耐冻融：涂层不开裂、起层、脱落，对建筑物有保护作用。
6. 外观：不应有伤痕、流坠、变色及色泽不均等缺陷，内、外层表面均应无油污等。
7. 使用寿命：外墙吸音隔音涂料的使用寿命为15年以上。
8. 吸声材料的抗压强度、等技术参数应满足相关行业标准等要求。
9. 喷涂吸声材料后，不能影响原砖墙的结构安全及使用寿命，吸声材料在使用寿命内其吸声效果及耐候性等应保持稳定，不得有褪色、脱落等现象。
10. 其他未尽事宜应满足相关标准、规范等要求。

4. Fire resistance of sound-absorbing materials: The fire rating should comply with the requirements of Class B or above as stipulated in the "Classification for Burning Behavior of Building Materials and Products" (GB8624).
5. Resistance to freeze-thaw cycling: The coating remains intact without cracking, delamination, or peeling, providing protection to the building.
6. Appearance: There should be no defects such as scars, sagging, discoloration, or uneven color. Both the inner and outer surfaces should be free of oil stains, etc.
7. Service life: The service life of sound-absorbing and sound-insulating coating for exterior walls is over 15 years.
8. The compressive strength and other technical parameters of sound-absorbing materials should meet the requirements of relevant industry standards and other specifications.
9. After spraying sound-absorbing materials, the structural safety and service life of the original brick wall must not be compromised. The sound-absorbing materials should maintain stable sound-absorbing effects and weather resistance throughout their service life, without any fading, peeling, or other phenomena.
10. Other matters not covered herein shall comply with relevant standards, specifications, and other requirements.

施工工艺： 施工前准备→成品保护→喷涂基面处理→喷涂施工→ 喷涂场地清理→质量验收→喷涂层自然养护 。注意：涂料不要加水稀释。施工前，一般不用搅拌，如果存放时间长和因为长途运输等原因，因为纤维较轻，可能会有点分层，觉得有必要，可以用木棒竹棍等工具轻柔搅动均匀，不能加水，不能使用电动工具高速搅拌！这样会破坏涂料，影响干燥和附着力以及效果。

工艺要求： （户外、外墙等工程作业喷涂，一定不能在下雨天施工，施工后，通常3天到5天内不能下雨，注意留意天气预报。）基层必须是干净的干燥的混凝土的表面，尤其应注意不能有漏水潮湿痕迹。不可在基层上留有油污。如原基面已经损坏或有严重裂缝，应先进行修补。新的裸露水泥墙，要先刮外墙腻子两遍，干燥之后，再喷涂外墙吸音涂料，喷涂后的吸音涂料层应保持良好的干燥维护，如果工程有必要，固化72小时后可进行修整、装饰等其他工序。喷涂后的施工现场应及时清理，将回弹料及落地料装袋清除现场。施工方法：喷涂。先刮外墙腻子两遍，干透，再喷。建议厚度至少要5毫米以上。用8到10毫米口径的真石漆喷枪。施工方法象喷真石漆那样；若需厚度0.5公分（厘米），1平方米/6.5公斤 ，墙身可以喷一次成型；若需厚度1公分（1厘米），1平方米/12公斤，墙身可以喷两次成型，如此类推；重新喷涂时间一般超过72小时（3天）；看通风和天气情况），如果用作隔音，通常在表面再喷一层透明面漆。如果要求比较接近平面效果，喷涂之后，用像刮腻子的方法，把涂料表面刮平即可以。

The construction site should be cleaned up promptly after spraying, and rebound and fallen materials should be bagged and removed from the site. Construction method: Spraying. Apply two coats of exterior wall putty, allow it to dry thoroughly, and then spray. It is recommended that the thickness be at least 5 millimeters or more. Use an 8 to 10 millimeter-diameter real stone paint spray gun. The construction method is similar to spraying real stone paint; if a thickness of 0.5 centimeters is required, 1 square meter requires 6.5 kilograms, and the wall can be sprayed once to form a layer; if a thickness of 1 centimeter is required, 1 square meter requires 12 kilograms, and the wall can be sprayed twice to form a layer, and so on. The re-spraying time generally exceeds 72 hours (3 days); it depends on ventilation and weather conditions. If used for sound insulation, a transparent topcoat is usually applied on the surface. If a more flat effect is required, after spraying, use a method similar to scraping putty to smooth the paint surface.

储存条件/保质期：
避免阳光直射、在阴凉、通风、干燥处，温度为5-25度范围内储存，保持容器严格密封，严防霜冻。应与强酸、强碱、强氧化剂、食物和动物饲料隔离存放。
保质期为生产日期后的6个月，开封后请在8小时内使用完毕。
Storage conditions/shelf life:
Avoid direct sunlight, store in a shady, ventilated, and dry place with a temperature range of 5-25 degrees Celsius, keep the container tightly sealed, and prevent frost. It should be stored separately from strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidizers, food, and animal feed.
The shelf life is 6 months from the production date. Please use it up within 8 hours after opening.

关于调颜色的特别声明：
由于外墙吸音隔音涂料系列特有的性能，调颜色方面只能7到8成接近色卡，生产大货和提供的色板也会有一点色差，无法100%标准。另外，应用于外墙，有些色浆，例如蓝色系列、红色系列等等，耐候性，由于色浆原料厂来的本身原材料的耐候性，会偏短，耐候准确时间无法确定。请留意。(提示：由于表面凹凸不平，不同角度，不同光线看，颜色会略有差别。)；请灵活掌握，根据现场情况。

施工注意事项：
1、本品为水性产品，不属于危险品，运输过程中应保持罐盖向上，产品使用前应充分搅拌均匀。
2、施工时请使用熟练工人，对涂料容易有过敏的人不能参与施工喷涂！注意安全保护，不慎入眼，请马上用清水清洗或马上看医生。
3、不能食用，施工时建议戴口罩、手套，穿好戴好防护服装。
4、高空作业必须绑安全带，做好各种安全措施，严格按工地管理规定执行。
5、请在保质期内使用，打开盖后尽快用完。
6、墙体、底材要求坚实、耐水、干燥、平整、清洁。如已被霉菌侵蚀，要先处理干净，指定上漆；如果有松动物体要去掉，坑洼要找平，腻子要干透才能施工；铁皮铁器等会生锈的，要做防锈底漆处理，才可以喷涂。
7、本品视不同施工方法和施工环境可适当加水稀释，但应严格控制稀释比例，严禁过量稀释，稀释后的产品不要倒回原包装内。
8、施工时建筑物节点部位的施工要一步到位，再进行下一个节点部位的施工，最后一道主涂层涂装时应确保一个工作面一次涂装完成，以免留下涂装接痕。
9、环境相对湿度应在85%以下，涂装前确保基面含水率10%以下，PH值10以下；最佳施工温度10-35℃、湿度50%—85%、风力三级以内，外墙施工，要连续3天晴天以上为最佳。
10、施工工具使用后请立即用水清洗干净。
11、废弃处置:本品废弃物及包装物的处置，应符合国家和地方的废弃物处置法规，交有资质的专业公司处置。
Construction precautions:

2. Please use skilled workers during construction. People who are prone to allergies to paint should not participate in construction spraying! Pay attention to safety protection. If it accidentally gets into the eyes, please rinse with water immediately or see a doctor immediately.
3. Not edible, it is recommended to wear masks and gloves during construction, and wear protective clothing.
4. High altitude operations must wear safety belts, take various safety measures, and strictly follow the construction site management regulations.
5. Please use within the shelf life and use as soon as possible after opening the lid.
6. The wall and substrate requirements are solid, water-resistant, dry, flat, and clean. If it has been eroded by mold, it should be cleaned first and designated for painting; If there are loose objects to be removed, potholes to be leveled, and putty to be completely dry before construction; Iron sheets and utensils that may rust need to be treated with anti rust primer before spraying.
7. This product can be diluted with water according to different construction methods and environments, but the dilution ratio should be strictly controlled. Excessive dilution is strictly prohibited, and the diluted product should not be poured back into the original packaging.
8. During construction, the construction of building nodes should be completed in one step before proceeding to the next node. When applying the final main coating, it should be ensured that one working surface is painted in one go to avoid leaving paint marks.
9. The relative humidity of the environment should be below 85%. Before painting, ensure that the moisture content of the base surface is below 10% and the pH value is below 10; The optimal construction temperature is 10-35 ℃, humidity is 50% -85%, and wind speed is within level three. For exterior wall construction, it is best to have sunny days for at least three consecutive days.
10. Please clean the construction tools with water immediately after use.
