It belongs to Class A non-combustible material. It is suitable for fire protection of buildings and tunnels, especially for high-rise steel structures with high fire resistance requirements. 基层必须是干净的混凝土或者物体的表面,尤其应注意不能有漏水痕迹。不可在基层上留有油污。地上一层需做好防水及打地面工程,以免渗漏造成脱落。如原基面已经损坏或有严重裂缝,应先进行修补。对门窗及各种设备、管线和非喷涂部位防护遮挡,堵塞非喷涂部位及通风管线、孔。清理工作面的障碍物,保证喷涂手的顺畅移动空间及其安全性,保持最佳喷射距离。可一次喷涂完成30mm到50mm。喷涂层表面整形:待喷涂产品表面干燥约半小时后,根据保温或吸声工程的不同要求,使用压板或铝合金杠尺等不同整形工具进行表面整形。在整形后的产品表面再次喷涂粘接剂,增强表面强度。掌握喷涂顺序,防止角隅处及檩条背面出现空洞或疏松。喷涂后的纤维保温层应保持良好的通风、干燥维护,固化72小时后可进行修整、装饰等其他工序。喷涂后的施工现场应及时清理,将回弹料及落地料装袋清除现场。

Protect and block doors, windows, various equipment, pipelines, and non-spraying areas, and seal non-spraying areas, ventilation pipelines, and holes. Clear obstacles on the working surface to ensure smooth movement space and safety for the spraying operator, and maintain the optimal spraying distance. A single spraying can complete a thickness of 30mm to 50mm. Surface shaping of the spraying layer: After the surface of the spraying product dries for about half an hour, use different shaping tools such as pressure plates or aluminum alloy straightedges according to the different requirements of thermal insulation or sound absorption projects. Apply adhesive to the shaped product surface again to enhance surface strength. Master the spraying sequence to prevent voids or looseness at corners and on the back of purlins. The fiber insulation layer after spraying should be maintained in good ventilation and dry conditions. After curing for 72 hours, other processes such as finishing and decoration can be carried out. The construction site after spraying should be cleaned up in a timely manner, and rebound materials and fallen materials should be bagged and removed from the site.
