K-13防火吸音涂料喷涂是一种新型环保建筑涂料，主要由混合环保纤维与水性乳液组成，经拌和后通过空压泵进行喷涂，与雾化水混合喷到需要保护的基材上形成涂层。该涂层可满足吸音、保温的要求。
K-13 fireproof sound-absorbing coating spraying is a new type of environmentally friendly architectural coating, primarily composed of mixed environmentally friendly fibers and water-based lotion. After mixing, it is sprayed through an air pressure pump and mixed with atomized water onto the substrate to be protected, forming a coating layer. This coating layer meets the requirements for sound absorption and thermal insulation.

施工简介：
Construction Brief:
1. 基层必须是干净的混凝土或者物体的表面，尤其应注意不能有漏水痕迹。不可在基层上留有油污。地上一层需做好防水及打地面工程，以免渗漏造成脱落。如原基面已经损坏或有严重裂缝，应先进行修补。对门窗及各种设备、管线和非喷涂部位防护遮挡，堵塞非喷涂部位及通风管线、孔。清理工作面的障碍物，保证喷涂手的顺畅移动空间及其安全性，保持最佳喷射距离。可一次喷涂完成25mm以上。喷涂层表面整形：待喷涂产品表面干燥约半小时后，根据吸声工程的不同要求，使用压板或铝合金杠尺等不同整形工具进行表面整形。
1. The base layer must be a clean concrete or object surface, with particular attention paid to the absence of water leakage traces. No oil stains are allowed on the base layer. The ground floor requires proper waterproofing and flooring works to prevent detachment caused by leakage. If the original base surface is damaged or has severe cracks, it should be repaired first. Protect and block doors, windows, various equipment, pipelines, and non-spraying areas, and block non-spraying areas, ventilation pipelines, and holes. Clear obstacles on the working surface to ensure smooth movement space and safety for the spraying operator, and maintain the optimal spraying distance. It is possible to complete spraying in one go for distances exceeding 25mm. Surface shaping of the spraying layer: After the surface of the spraying product dries for about half an hour, use different shaping tools such as pressure plates or aluminum alloy straightedges to shape the surface according to different requirements of sound absorption engineering.
2. 在整形后的产品表面再次喷涂粘接剂，增强表面强度。掌握喷涂顺序，防止角隅处及檩条背面出现空洞或疏松。喷涂后的纤维吸音层应保持良好的通风、干燥维护，固化72小时后可进行修整、装饰等其他工序。喷涂后的施工现场应及时清理，将回弹料及落地料装袋清除现场。
2. Apply adhesive to the surface of the reshaped product again to enhance its surface strength. Master the spraying sequence to prevent voids or looseness at corners and on the back of purlins. The fiber sound-absorbing layer after spraying should be maintained in good ventilation and dryness. After curing for 72 hours, other processes such as finishing and decoration can be carried out. The construction site after spraying should be cleaned up in a timely manner, and rebound materials and fallen materials should be bagged and removed from the site.
施工方法：施工前准备→成品保护→喷涂基面处理→喷涂施工→表面修整→喷涂场地清理→质量验收→喷涂层自然养护。
